Grace - Rehomed Nov 2016

Grace - currently looking for adoption with Central German Shepherd Rescue = -

Introducing Grace.

This is little Grace just 7 month old German Shepherd and already on her 4th home.

Grace was bought as a puppy but unfortunately she wasn't taught the basics of puppy training and so 6 months old she was then sold her to another couple. Two weeks later one of the family members could not cope cope with Grace and began shouting at her.

Grace decided puppy mouthing was a good way to interact back and because of this she had to be shut up in a crate all day while the husband was at work.

With no training and no stimulation whilst in the crate she started tail chasing and biting her back feet through being shut up for to many hours a day.

Grace came into Central German SHepherd Rescue very late in the night, she resided in emergency foster to see how she was with other dogs, cats and children.

Grace has no malice - she is just a puppy with no training and no social skills, if it moves she chases, if it is not nailed down she "borrows" it and runs off with it and so there was never a dull moment with her around.

She greets everyone and everything at 100 miles an hour, everything is a game, life is fun, Grace is a puppy, she needed teaching the rights and wrongs and so far Humans have let this girl down with the fundamental basics that every dog deserves.

Grace is a loving puppy she is super intelligent and with the right training is going to be a super girl. Grace has now gone to spend foster time with a well respected local trainer who will work through these issues with a kind and gentle approach. Grace responded so well with them on her initial meeting and has settled in well with his own dogs.

Please feel free to fill out our Adoption Form if you would like to register an interest in any of our dogs or donate via PayPay to help towards their upkeep.
