Finn - looking for adoption with Central German Shepherd Rescue = www.centralgermanshepherdrescue.com/ - cgsr.co.uk

Welcome back to Finn (was Ernie).

Finn has returned to CGSR after failing to cope with the resident terrier. He has shown to have a high prey drive, so will not be placed with any small furries.

He is a GSDxLurcher, originally from Spain. He was brought over as a puppy, crated almost constantly, not socialised, adopted out but the rescue didn't provide RBU when the adopters couldn't keep him, so Finn came into CGSR.

He is nervous of strangers in kennels, but once he knows you he is super friendly. Walks lovely on the lead with a confident handler.
Finn loves his food so treat training is a must. He is a quick learner.

He knows several commands, is intelligent and once he knows you is very affectionate & gentle. He loves cuddles & fuss and craves human attention.

Finn can be reactive to dogs when out walking. He is wary of large vehicles & bicycles.

He needs a confident owner that will socialise him with other non-reactive dogs, teach him to play & recall.

Finn's dob: 28/03/14. He is microchipped, castrated, vaccinated, flead & wormed.

Please feel free to fill out our Adoption Form if you would like to register an interest in any of our dogs or donate via PayPay to help towards their upkeep.
