Frank
As you can see Frank is a traditional GSD :-)
He's about 4 years old, castrated, vaccinated, flead & wormed.
Frank hasn't had a great life and is very nervous of new situations and men. Once he's got his brave on he's a complete cuddle monster.
He is currently in foster with a GSD bitch and a cat. His foster parents are showing him that normal life isn't scary & he's coping well. Frank has met other dogs on walks and doesn't react unless they get in his face. He has a vet visit in the next week to determine if he needs a dental. He isn't keen on being groomed & drops to the floor in total submission. Any situation that Frank isn't comfortable with gains the same result. His fosters are ignoring this behaviour and this is something that needs to continue. He craves praise, attention and food so treat training & positive reinforcement is being used.
As Frank was very underweight he does still counter-surf & steal food but this is improving.

As a reputable rescue our volunteers strive to ensure that everything is done to the highest standard and in the strictest confidentiality to make sure that every dog in our care gets a loving home.
