Cane - Adopted April 2015.

Cane - Central German Shepherd Rescue

Cane is approx 6 - 7 years old.

He is a black & tan short coat, entire male.

He will be vaccinated, microchipped and castrated. He is flead and wormed. Cane loves people, and meets everybody like a long lost friend.

Cane has been attacked in the past by another dog, so will need careful introductions. He shows no aggression to other dogs in kennels. He will react to dogs when out walking if they get too close. He is more relaxed with bitches than males.

Cane is nervous of loud noises, fireworks, thunder and air brakes.

He is also nervous of the vet and will require muzzling.

Cane is not cat tested. He doesn't enjoy a bath, but will tolerate it. He is fine being groomed, but doesn't like his front paws being held.

Cane pulls a bit on the lead to start with, but does walk on a harness.

He travels well on short journeys, but can get a little travel sick on long distances.

Please feel free to fill out our Adoption Form if you would like to register an interest in any of our dogs or donate via PayPay to help towards their upkeep.
